**Actual delivery cost is available upon provision of accurate address, product details including weights, dimensions and quantities, and service required. We reserve the right to send pallets and/or goods over 20kg on a 2-3 day service.

Carriage Conditions (UK Mainland):

Carriage Free Threshold: £200 (online orders), £300 (offline orders)

The terms relate to Mainland UK addresses only. Charges for more remote locations, e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, etc. are available on request. Shepherd Hydraulics reserves the right to provide 2/3 day service for palletised orders and/or orders over 30kg in weight. Premium delivery services are available on request. Next Day deliveries will be made up until 6pm. Orders taken on Fridays will be delivered on Monday. It may not be possible to provide a same day service on some products. Certain products in large quantities may attract a higher carriage charge.

Delivery Services: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man Standard Service:  £30.00

Republic of Ireland Standard Service: £40.00 

Pallet Charges: Will be advised and discussed prior to shipping.  This will be dependent on product weight/dimensions and every effort will be made to keep costs to a minimum whilst maintaining the service.

You may find it more convenient or indeed more cost effective to send in your own courier to collect on an EXW basis.  Please ensure this is clearly stated when you place your order.
